- Uninstall "Futuremark SystemInfo" from program list
- Do right click -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify integrity of application cache... for 3DMark on Steam
- Once validation is completed and any possible download (to replace files) is completed, start 3DMark. It should reinstall latest SystemInfo on the startup.
If problem still persists, you can try manually install this module from here:
https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/systeminfo/latest
If still not working, open a ticket at https://benchmarks.ul.com/support/ and we'll investigate further as that would suggests something VERY odd going on with your system.
We're fixing this and this should be sorted within the hour. Sorry about the mess.
FYI that there still must be some kind of installer issue from Steam.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed
Then uninstall Futuremark SystemInfo, then reinstall it.
If still not working, send a result file to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com and explain the issue.
Please note that benchmark results from 3DMark 2.4.4254 or earlier and SystemInfo 5.3.629 or earlier submitted after February 5, 2018 are no longer eligible for the 3DMark Hall of Fame. Please update 3DMark and SystemInfo to the latest version.
I contacted their support, and Icue crashed the data collection, but even without Icue, it continues to bug.
