The problem was solved, Futuremark_SystemInfo_5_25_802 for some reason was established with a mistake, it is possible because of the plan of power supply of the third-party program

So how exactly did you solve this? I have the *Demo* version of 3DMark, and on the home menu it says system information missing and when I finish running a benchmark it says invalid score?

I am having the exact same issue. I have the 3dmark advanced paid edition with the bought port royal update for 2.99

If you are missing all hardware information on the result, first thing to do;

- Uninstall "Futuremark SystemInfo" from program list
- Do right click -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify integrity of application cache... for 3DMark on Steam
- Once validation is completed and any possible download (to replace files) is completed, start 3DMark. It should reinstall latest SystemInfo on the startup.

If problem still persists, you can try manually install this module from here:

https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/systeminfo/latest

If still not working, open a ticket at https://benchmarks.ul.com/support/ and we'll investigate further as that would suggests something VERY odd going on with your system.

Found the reason; We were making some changes to how we deploy updates to Steam and there was a problem - Demo does not currently install Futuremark SystemInfo.

We're fixing this and this should be sorted within the hour. Sorry about the mess.

There may still be a problem due to the power plan if it is not from windows, but installed by a third-party program, for example, when installing auslogics game plan or AMD Ryzen plan, that sys info does not recognize it and cannot complete the system scan, as a result of the error - it is necessary to install only the windows default power plan

Im still having this no system info issue today and I just purchased 3dmark and installed on a brand new windows system with everything vanilla windows. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Fyi regarding my previous comment, I read earlier instructions and manually uninstalled futuremark systeminfo off my PC and downloaded and reinstalled the app from the previously mentioned link https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/systeminfo/latest and now things are working again in 3dmark.

FYI that there still must be some kind of installer issue from Steam.

Hello everyone. I experience the same issue. Systeminfo does not show in 3DMARK. Trying to reinstall systeminfor via https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/systeminfo/latest does not help. Please help!

Run this:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-hk/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

Then uninstall Futuremark SystemInfo, then reinstall it.

If still not working, send a result file to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com and explain the issue.
2024 and this issue is still very present. None of the above fixes work at all. I've never seen such a dog and pony show to get an app to run.

Still having problems with 3DMark it's incredible how nothing works, between 3 tests, I have error messages including this one saying that my version is obsolete lool...

Please note that benchmark results from 3DMark 2.4.4254 or earlier and SystemInfo 5.3.629 or earlier submitted after February 5, 2018 are no longer eligible for the 3DMark Hall of Fame. Please update 3DMark and SystemInfo to the latest version.

I contacted their support, and Icue crashed the data collection, but even without Icue, it continues to bug.

Yeah just started happening for me on this last patch, no info detected. Have tried all fixes, even reinstalled windows. I can start a bench but it never launches, just hangs on collecting system info. Very irritating.
