How i can check license my autonomic version 3dmark & pcmark?
Hi, everyone.
How i can check license my autonomic version 3dmark & pcmark if i have
error: invalid or corrupt jarfile choros.jar after much updates to new version Software?

i just start my version 2.12.xxxx & i push to upd to 2.14.xxx & programm make upd for my old v, but after, she can't make upd with 2.14.xxx to 2.21. verifying stopped on 39% & nothing, after this nothing, just not loading status bar - i close window of programm, i try starting 3dmark again, but now error about jarfile. Sry, it's my "tap-tap-curves" hands, but can u help me fix this problem?

This is Steam forum, for support with standalone version email to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com

To fix your issue, reinstall 3DMark from full installer. To get that, login to 3dmark.com/login and go to Settings and download link is next to your key. If you have no account, create one and add your key via Settings page.

To recover standalone key from purchase made on our online store, go here https://futuremark.onfastspring.com/account and use the email address used for the purchase.

Was your email sent with "activating Code (Serial-Nr.) does not work" as subject? If yes, we got the ticket, but your email address bounces when trying to reply.

The message composed by you on ticket xxx failed to reach the recipient xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Reason: "Message bounced - Temporary error.'

If this was your message, send a new one, maybe from another email address, or fix whatever is causing the email bounce (mailbox full? provider having issues?)

Nope, my email was sent with '3DMark.log & resending my topic from steam'

Have not received any such email. Searching our ticket database with the term "resending" I find only three tickets, all which are over an year old.

Please verify you sent it to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com or you can alternatively use the web form if you want. New ticket can be opened here:

https://support.benchmarks.ul.com/support/tickets/new

Make sure you write your email address correct when using this form - it does not do any email verification and we sometimes get tickets we cannot reply to because the email address has a typo and it is not easily guessable how it was typoed.

Don't know why it would do that. I just tested the form myself and it works fine. I also verified that emails arrive normally to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com from two different external addresses. So I don't know what to say but to wonder if everything is fine on your end (your PC, your ISP / email provider)

Edit: Hmm, now I see a ticket from you. I guess you tried again?

I have One More question - when can you make a translation achivments on russian language for 3dmark? U will be do this or it's not ur target for CIS region?

Hmmm, what i need do for this achivment:
Customize It
Run a DirectX 12 benchmark with custom settings.

i run 2 custom tests, and nothing... wtf?!:D

Should be any test where you modify any of the custom settings with Time Spy, Night Raid, Port Royal or Wild Life
