Report a translation problem
To fix your issue, reinstall 3DMark from full installer. To get that, login to 3dmark.com/login and go to Settings and download link is next to your key. If you have no account, create one and add your key via Settings page.
To recover standalone key from purchase made on our online store, go here https://futuremark.onfastspring.com/account and use the email address used for the purchase.
The message composed by you on ticket xxx failed to reach the recipient xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Reason: "Message bounced - Temporary error.'
If this was your message, send a new one, maybe from another email address, or fix whatever is causing the email bounce (mailbox full? provider having issues?)

Please verify you sent it to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com or you can alternatively use the web form if you want. New ticket can be opened here:

Make sure you write your email address correct when using this form - it does not do any email verification and we sometimes get tickets we cannot reply to because the email address has a typo and it is not easily guessable how it was typoed.
Edit: Hmm, now I see a ticket from you. I guess you tried again?
