TESTING VRAM
lately I have problems with crashes without blue screens. I was told that I have to test my GPU vram. Is 3DMARK useful to perform such a test? Is there any particular test I should use?

NOTE: A few days ago I used the demo on STEAM and I got "5828 Excellent" as a result. Unfortunately I have some problems to understand the results of the test.

My specs:
MSI GTX 1660 SUPER XS OC VENTUS (6 GB DDR6)
INTEL I7 7700K
8 GB RAM DDR3
WINDOWS 10 PRO

The score itself tells nothing about VRAM health, but observing the test for artifacts works just as fine as any other heavy 3D application. If you see visual artifacts that should not be there, VRAM may be faulty.

Bluescreen crashes could be due to wide variety of reasons. What file triggers the crash? What is in Event Viewer as details about the error? Faulty VRAM actually rarely causes bluescreens - issues with GPU itself would be the cause there, but nothing guarantees bluescreens are just from the GPU - they could be caused by faulty/unstable main RAM or unstable CPU or faulty drivers or...
