Ye I was using the CPU one not the Time Spy I figured they did the same thing lol thanks for the heads up that I should test the other one

the test is ran with all the same hardware, if you change anything such as the CPU or GPU or both it puts your result into a different section and then it won't use your previous results as a " before " score, what you have to do is go into the BIOS and down clock your CPU to the lowest ' gradable score ' these MHz speeds are the lowest required to run the test / windows at the same time usually the CPUs manufacturers have the info on their sites, so for example I have a 10th Gen 10900k so my CPUs lowest amount was 800 MHz and the highest is 5.1 GHz ( you can set core 9 and 10 to 5.3 but it's not required ) and that's how I easily got the achievement, after doing this you can just set the BIOS settings for the CPU clocks back to normal
