If yours does not have this component installed, the supported method to force (re)install is by revalidating the files from Steam. Revalidate (right click, properties, local files) and on next startup SystemInfo should be installed.
Only thing I could think of is if you have some very old version installed on your system of Futuremark SystemInfo and the installation of latest one cannot update it. Uninstall any old Futuremark SystemInfo from windows program list first.
The module can also be manually installed from this link:
https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/systeminfo/latest
Then collection is failing completely. Go to second tab, enable redirect output tickbox, redo the scan from first tab, then send the client and scanner log txt files that appear in SystemInfo install folder to ul.benchmarksupport@ul.com and include description of your hardware configuration.
Hello again, I solved my issue thanks to your hint, the scan was failing in the following GPU section
I have an AMD 3400G with an built-in GPU and I recently installed a Radeon RT 5600XT but for some reason both GPU adapters were still visible in Windows. I uninstalled the driver and deactivated the built-in gpu in BIOS, rebooted, reinstalled the drivers and now it's working correctly: http://www.3dmark.com/spy/15642482
Thanks for your quick reaction :)
