Cannot run Timespy error: decompress() -3: Unknown error

I reinstall 3dMark and futuremark system info but no luck I'm getting this error with 0 timespy score

Looks like Time Spy DLC file is corrupted. First thing I'd try is to revalidate the files (right click, properties, local files, validate). It is trying to uncompress a data file and getting an error.

If this still keeps happening, I'd recommend trying to install it on another disk and if that fixes it, I'd wonder if Windows event viewer has any disk errors showing up.

Okey I'll remove uninstall and remove all files then will try to install on another drive.

You could try revalidating files first and see if it finds anything wrong with them. It'll say if it redownloaded anything.
