Report a translation problem
I would need a result file from a failed run (they are autosaved in Documents/3DMark/) to look at the list of running processes to make guesses. But it is something that draws overlays, does screen capturing or remote desktop. RTSS.exe is the most common culprit, tho any OSD could do this. Other potential culprits include TeamViewer and VMWare.
Or this could be due to overclocked display panel no longer supporting 60hz mode due to the overclock. If so, return the panel to default settings.
