Also any kind of screen sharing software (things like TeamViewer or Duet Display) can cause problems, as can virtual machines (VMWare etc)
it may also be worth trying to DDU wipe GPU drivers and reinstall them.
Can you email a result file of a failed run (from Documents/3DMark/) to info@futuremark.com and include a link to this thread and I can try take a look.
Q2 RTX also works by the way.
System is unable to open exclusive full screen mode which is required for the test.
Potential reasons:
- You alt-tabbed after clicking Run. 3DMark UI must be in focus (active application) for it to be able to open the test in exclusive full screen mode. Do not touch anything after starting the test while systeminfo scan runs and the test loads.
- A background program blocks this mode. Usually something related to virtual desktops, remote desktops or video/screen capture or an app that has a window that is set to show on top of all other windows. Close any nonessential background programs that may interfere.
- Something is wrong with the GPU drivers. What you can try is to wipe drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller from www.wagnardsoft.com and then reinstall latest drivers for you GPU.
