BUT if you do not have a G-Sync monitor, the setting is not going to be visible in the drivers and you just found NVIDIA driver bug. The setting is internally on, even without supporting monitor if you have adjusted rendering quality in drivers at any point (even if you later switched it back). And there is no way to turn it back off from the drivers. On the upside, the setting does nothing without a compatible monitor.
In such case your options are:
- Ignore the warning. It is just a warning if you have no G-Sync monitor.
- Reinstall NVIDIA drivers using custom->perform a clean install. This resets the settings, including the hidden G-Sync setting and the warning will be gone
- Get NVIDIA Inspector utility and use it to disable the G-Sync setting in the drivers.
