Sometimes Steam client puts off the updating to next night or something while still pretending it downloaded the test and this reveals run button on the UI without any files on the disk.
So check Download tab, is 3DMark updated?
If that is not the cause, I'd need to see the result file from the failed run. Email to info@futuremark.com. Result files can be found in Documents/3DMark/
It says it updated, but I dont see any files for Port Royale. It also isnt creating any logs from the failed run. It just says "gathering system info" and then says "loading score" but its a 0 with no info.
I dont know how else to download the files I need though?
Edit: I can provide proof of purchase
Edit 2: Also tried verifying the program files on Steam, didnt seem to do anything though.
I didnt have the latest windows update which contained the update for dx12 to support ray tracing. I actually had a hell of a time last night cause I wound up with some corrupted drivers due to the windows update. Had to reinstall windows. Port Royale actually works now and everything is looking good.
