3D Mark Firestrike Demo Not working
Hi all,

I'm having an issue running this program. I'll run it and it'll start up just fine. But after I click to go run the test, it goes full-screen for a bit then closes and leaves me at the other window that just says it's "Running Benchmark Firestrike."

I can't click on anything or see any results. The Only thing I can do is close it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If this is the same case that was also filed to our support forum, for the record this was caused by a driver for USB monitor adapter ("ViewSpan") interfering with display drivers.

Most likely a background program interfering with exclusive full screen mode.

I've tried closing all other programs and background programs, but it still has the same issue :/

What kind of hardware? What you have running in the background? Also what kind of monitor you have? Also does Time Spy test work?

Windows 7, Nothing, HDTV, no, it doesn't. It says I need a DirectX12 Compatible Operating System to run it.

Time Spy indeed doesn't work on Windows 7. "HDTV" is bit unclear - what resolution, what type of cable you using and is 60hz properly supported? I mean there are some 4K TVs that can't do 60hz over HDMI and 3DMark requires a 60hz mode to run.

(you can see the refresh rate being used by looking at display adapter properties and under Monitor, see the screen refresh rate)

1920x1080, HDMI Cable and yes, 60hz is supported and it's running at that now.

Under the GeForce Experience window, there's a new driver to download. But when I attempt to, it tells me that can't connect.

Also, when I install one manually, upon restarting I only get a black screen.
