No, but you can mod it so that alien gear sells for ridicolous ammounts. Technically that is cheating.

You can modify with how much money you can start ....Is that what you are looking for ?And what Gormol said.

Edit:Go to installation directory>Assets>gameconfig.xml
Open with notepad or whatever text editor you are using search for "GEOSCAPE GAMEPLAY VARIABLES " and under it find "<startingMoney value="1500000" />.Change value of money you would start to your liking.Although you must start new game obviosly.

I haven't used cheats since AvP 1999 was the best PC game on the market... which was well over a decade ago.

I play all my games at the hardest difficulty and I regret nothing. Cheating only cheats yourself out of the experience.

You can just use Cheat Engine. But hey, you should make do with what you have until you finished it for the first time and then wanna experiment. I agree with Cruentus' Sentiment ;)

You cannot cheat in a single player game, which is what Xenonauts is.

Welp, i'd say cheats are for a second playthrough, but ok. Good to know though for when its time for that second playthrough. :o

are there also mods/cheats/something to make soldiers better/durable/whatever? -.- i often suck in such games, but i enjoy them, and i hate losing my people, i prefer playing it like a rpg.. have my mates and go with them in action.. played the old xcoms with cheats too :X

dont see any problem playing SP games with cheats, in many games it can be fun like that too.. used to hex-edit a lot in the old days <_< also some games had awesome cheats, age of empires for example with laser-cobras and stuff. xD

cheating in a single player game is fine. cheating in a multiplayer game warrents castration and death.

Everything you asked for,can be found in gameconfig.xml.Just edit values you want and start new game,also before you do that make sure that you back up original gameconfig.xml

I belive that the mac version is the same as the windows version with a wrapper? So any thing that applies to the windows version would be exactly the same for the mac version... right?

Try the official goldhawksinteractive forum and ask the modders there to be sure.
