Can not figure out how to assign hunter vehicle to dropship

I removed 4 soldiers from the charlie loadout, and can not see a way on the vehicle layout where you can micro manage where your troops deploy in the dropship, or in the vehicle garage any way to assign the hunter to the dropship.

Searches on google or here or the wiki are turning up nothing for me, help please.

I know I'm gonna feel dumb once I know how to do it, but worth it after hours of frustration. :)

Go to vehicle garage and take a very close look at the hunter's stat panel near the bottom are the words Assign vehicle. Click on that and you can assign it to a dropship. A hunter takes 2 infantry slots. So taking 4 guys out is kinda overkill... unless you've accidentally manufactured a hunter scout car that can't keep its hands to itself.

Ahh, thanks, there it is plainly seen. I suspect my eyes were looking for blue letters like the other clickables on the same form such as decomission vehicle, relocate vehicle, and rename vehicle. :)

Do you already have a hunter in the drop ship? You can only have one token badass tank.

click on the airplane icon in the geoscape and check the dropship you want to modifiy. you will see what it is supposed to carry, Men and vehicule are shown in green in the vehicule loading bay.

Nowhere are the words "Assign vehicle". Actually, mine states: "Dropship Assignment: Unassigned". Click on "Unassigned" to assign a dropship.

Uh keep in mind that this advice was given many years ago. The game has undergone development and changes...
