But yes you can go into the game files and edit enemy stats, weapon stats, and just about anything else you would want to.
For editing enemy armor/HP you go to Xenonauts\assets\mods\X-Division\aiprops.xml then search for whatever alien race (like Androns) and change their stats to whatever you want. For example a phase 1 andron guard has <Armour kinetic="50" energy="9" chemical="200" incendiary="12" />. Just change those numbers to however much armor you want them to have.
My frustration with x-div androns specifically is that the kinetic resist makes two giant weapon catalogs from the mod unusable on a logical level, which is where I stop having fun. I enjoy losing but only with variety.
Anyway thanks a bunch, just reduced their kinetics a bit
