X-Div mod (editor/trainer?)

Am near End-Game, however I feel like there are tons of reaserches that I still unlocked. Dont want to give away any spoilers so I will not give any examples of what I have, Sufficient to say that I still have "some" items that are at Mk-I level.

Am taking live aliens like picking berries in the woods. Medium ufos, big ufos, huge ufos, alien bases and fortreces, still, no more reaserch activates. Bit frustrating if you ask.
Hence my question: do anyone know of a trainer or editor out there to help me "activate" missing reaserch strings? Or add those special items/aliens required for reaserch?

I swapped the net, but no success.
Also, I am kinda familiar with editing game files (ammo, aircraft, weapons and such) but looking into "reaserch-file" actually confuses me. Have no idea what and how and where or why.

This is a genuine question so genuine answers are apreciated.
All "get-gud" smart@ss and such, dont bother.

Hey jasseb, how many months into the game are you? Also, have you had a battleship show up with a praetor? I once played where I caught (& stunned) as many different aliens as possible for research. In doing so I seem to have stepped out of order and bypassed the alien leader. (I do not know how I did this) This messed up my research & found I could not advance further as I needed the research for the alien leader. It seemed that I researched some aliens before the prompt called for it.

I wound up starting a new game.

Hi John, I am about 5 years into the game (I like enjoy things and dont rush). Yeah, I had a fair share of Dreadnoughts and other Battleships, downed quite few of them. I also let aliens build bases just so I can raid them and get stuff. It has been the best tactic in terms of getting some for reaserch. However, no matter how many live aliens I get home, even Queen Aliens and such, no more reaserch is available for me. And I am sure there are plenty of more stuff for me to get. Weapons, missiles, torpedos and armors. Even tanks. I have had a Praetorian Leader for some time now. Havent touched him though as I am afraid that it will bring the end game up, but I still have things to discover. Plz remember that I play X-Division.

And this is my only beef with that mod. 800+ things to discover but most of them, like 743 lead to absolutely nothing. Which takes some fun away.
