Any way to edit soldiers stats before starting new game?

Say I want to increase each soldier's Strength or lower his Moral when starting a new game, so each soldier has at least 70 Accuracy or Strength, ect. TY

Hi, you are looking for the file called
\\Xenonauts\assets\gameconfig.xml

and you need go edit the values in this file listed under
<!-- SOLDIER GENERATION VARIABLES -->

don't worry you can put values over 100 too just don't go over 999 as that may cause crash.
