x division terror battleship phase 2 tips
im trying to down a terror battleship in phase 2, killed its escort but im having constant ctds when i send 2 sodas and a foxtrot (game crashes when soda dies). i have managed to damage it up tp 36% but i dont have any more planes to sent.
what else i can do?i have unlocked and use gravity torpedoes and the lancer aircraft.

Firebird - Heavy duty fighter if you managed to down terror carriers in phase 1. 1 cannon and 2 missles slots. Cannon deals about 750, plasma missles 1260, so 1 firebird can deal 2000 and then gtfo.

and for the future... when you down a terror battleship and research

Lotus - Heavy Bomber
2x missle 1x Torpedo
1260 from the missle, 2700 from plasma torps or 3000 from gravity torps so you can do either 3960 to 4260.



Use any combination of the above to kill it. If you had a lucky phase 1 you can have a few fire birds. Foxtrots are extremely unreliable, fighters are the easiest but need higher numbers, sondas are the best choice for strong micro. You need about 13 fighters with cannons to down a ship, or 8 sondas with plasma missles. Terror battleships are massively easier to kill with firebirds, if have a strong phase 1 and early phase 2 you can have about 4 firebirds which can alone almost entirely kill a battleship, then send a 3 foxtrot suicide squad and its dead. Alien bases also give firebird/lotus parts as well so you can farm those for more bird/lotus.

Cheap disposable planes have a place later on just to carry torpedoes to take down those big ships after you've dealt with their escorts. Fire and run. Send the next wave.

thanks, didnt manage to down a terror during phase 1 so i dont have firebirds.
managed though to build enough airports full of foxtrots and escorts so i can down any terror battleship (middle of phase 2).
