What does it do when you gild a card, for example I gilded the King Card

It counts as you permanently having 1 of that card. In your case, it means you'll only need to pick another 3 Kings in order to get the 10k multiplier.

You'll eventually want to gild all the cards, but you'll want to prioritize cards that help you complete decks faster first. So 2 is an obvious choice since it doubles your card progress gains.

I usually prioritise Q and K. K is the highest multiplier if you can get all 4. Q lets you have another row. 2 is a great choice as well. After that it all comes down to your preference. There's no "wrong choice"
