Stuck at 97%, Ricky doesn't want spawn...

More people have trouble finding him, so I'm going to look into a solution for a future update. In the meantime, if you want to give it another shot: He spawns in one of those 3 areas each time you enter the main map. You should be able to find him quickly by using the fast travel feature. Don't enter any buildings, because he might respawn in a place that you've checked before entering the building.

Yeah I know, but I'm 8h30+ of play, and I've only seen it twice.
Last time I saw it, I had about 5h of play.
it's a bit boring...
