Is there a process to refund the AH-64? Bought into the hype and expected release date of December... Delays over and over for 2 months now, and we don't even have an expected release date in Q1 of this year.

I'd like my money back.

If you bought it on Steam, just follow the normal Steam refund process. Go to Help at the top of Steam, click on Steam Support, find the module in the list of purchases, request a refund. Since it hasn't released, the refund should be automatic.

Very disappointed. They've had my money since Nov. and still, I have nothing to show for it. And while ED is saying sorry to their direct purchase customers, we silly folks who went the Steam route continue to see no love. Not very classy.

Careful. I had my comments removed and threatened with a ban for pointing out that they only over-hyped pre xmas release for extra xmas sales.

This is my point of view also. Take all they time they need. They are the ones telling us the dates, then revoking them at last minute time and time again.

At least they have given a good amount of margin for error on the recent date given which is fine by me, but the whole cancelling and updating at last minute over and over is a bit of a joke

Get the release date right, like others said it was clear it would not be ready as you need 3 more months and wait days before release to update us.

While I love DCS, I am starting not to trust you guys on anything, 3 more months when release is 2 days away etc. Then you remove the roadmap in order to procrastinate as needed. I will not pre-purchase anything again after this.

Whilst I will still continue to support ED and DCS, I do agree that they are not getting this right.

I also pointed out a trust issue and said they had been dishonest with their release dates and had my comment removed by BigNewy. - this to me shows very bad handling of the issue being raised by their customers.

Take every time you need, ED. If it´s not ready yet, it´s not ready yet. No hurry. There´s already a lot to do in DCS. I own 17 of your aircraft modules, all maps and the supercarrier (but i prefer to use the standalone launcher) i think i can wait a few weeks or months to get into the apache.

While it may be disappointing to hear, i'd rather have a mostly bug free module release, and not another viper disaster.

It is wiser to wait for the release, rather than rush it out with incorrect systems and various bugs that players will inevitably run into.

It wouldn´t be a bad idea for Eagle Dynamics, to pin and block this kind of event announcements messages, so the idea of an announcement is not getting distorted by the answers.

I have a feeling ED is trying to go opposite of the viper route and release this thing nearly feature complete. I mean why are they telling us it is delayed with features stated being worked including gestures and uniforms. This isn't the right call again and they are putting themselves out to dry again for it. If you keep treating your open beta as stable, people will do the same. You cant only point the fingers at the clients.

wait a second i just checked and the prices for the AH-64 ARE THE SAME ACROSS STEAM AND THE DCS WEBSITE

More Time is Ok!
