what about steam edition ? is it also free for all or just warbird edition ?

I had to download the non steam version to access/download these modules, which seems at first downloads kinda fast at 2.5-6mbps but if your connected to long throttles down to kilobytes...

The 50% discount indicated is for Steam users. Because Steam doesn't like long discount periods.

But the discounts on their e-store has been going on for about over a month now I think.

I believe the warbird edition is for the steam edition. Because most of the modules on the standalone are still free to play.
