RAH-66 Comanche -- DEVs
Would you DEVs consider adding the Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche? The stealth helicopter would be awesomeness in DCS

Is it declassified? As far as I know it was only prototype. Wasn't it?

The BlackShark3 was "only prototype" too, we got it anyway :)
So ...
Question of declassification would be rather valid i guess, i can´t quite imagine that.

Yes, Black Shark and SU-25T are the only prototypes in DCS.

The prototype aspect probably isn't a major factor in itself. After all, Deka is making a J-8PP and that is pretty much a prototype as well. Likewise. As was already said, the Ka-50 versions we have in DCS are (more or less) production prototypes (for lack of a better term). They never saw significant production.

In the end, the issue is much more complex. The first obvious hurdle is getting not just declassified, entirely unrestricted documentation but also getting enough of it to actually support worthwhile development of a DCS module. Anyone can hop on Google and find random documents here and there but that doesn't mean they are unrestricted and it doesn't mean that a business can use them to produce consumer software products.

The next issue is having meaningful access to the real aircraft for art and sound assets. This is going to be easier for some aircraft than others and requires some direct support from the institutions that maintain displays/flying examples.

Another problem is finding SME's. For aircraft made in great quantity that saw extensive and somewhat recent use, it is totally possible to find SME's that are willing and able to provide good information and feedback. For aircraft that never saw production, you are relying on the few people that actually know anything and they might not be able to say much if certain elements are still classified/restricted on pretty much any level.

To the OP. It isn't likely that you are going to see a Comanche in DCS. There is always a chance but it isn't anything one should hold their breath for. Even if it were to happen, the more visible, vocal parts of the DCS community would probably start whining about it just like they find ways to incessantly whine about everything else.
