DCS:World is study level combat flight simulator game.
So those are not comparable. Each of those is for different customer.
In terms of flight dynamics and systems realism, the DCS:W is superios by far.

DCS is polar opposite with no economy, no unlocks, no tier trees and with realism being the main focal point with study level planes based of real world data like never before (with the exception maybe of old Janes games and Falcon). And its NOT "f2p" it has a free demo that you can try before you decide to jump deeper in.
To simplify - WT DLC jet has.. no manual, DCS DLC jet has 300+ pages manual.
