Setrting up the TM 16000 Hotas with rudder pedals

Hi

I am new to this DCS and Steam and need some help
Is there some step by step information or videos on how to setup Thrustmaster TM 16000 Hotas with rudder pedals on AH 64 without Tracker Ir? or some Diff Lua's to download? cant find eny on You Tube and the only Diff Lua i found on DCS is for use with Tracker Ir, thank you.

I use winwing hotas and for some reason, when i log in my controls keep getting reset but some controls will be unchanged. Why is this happening.
