F14 TACAN question
Hi, i have a little problem with tacan in the F14. It happens when i start from the catapult of a carrier. Once i ask Jester to tune the tacan on the carrier frequency i can only have bearing information but not range even if my tacan in on transmit/receive. Can you help me find my error please? Thanks in advance.

So it says "off" in the range window? You may want to tune in after the catshot. Usually with me it automatically is tuned, but sometimes it requires some time to work properly.

No in the HSD there's a dot instead of the 3 digit number. I forgot to see if the analogic one was working. I think i had to add a proper advanced waypoint with activate tacan to the carrier, since i have done that, not relying on the default one anymore, this issue disappeared. Thanks for the reply
