Su-25T Shkval locking problem

When I used Shkval I cannot lock the ground. At training mission work perfect but when play mission for example command post strike as soon I will hit enter to lock the Shkval it will lock somewhere else And shows a red box and I cannot lock the bunker it’s only lock auto on the vehicle?

the shkval still lock on vehicle but i can move it now but i can't lock it in bunker

I have noticed a lot of wrong things in the training. Wrong weapons will be initially displayed for example. In the training for the shkval the trainer says one weapon is visible when it clearly is the other one and i have to select D to change it. This is just one of the things i noticed.

Settings wont be workign but when i go into config ingame and confirm the buttons is mapped they work all of a sudden when i get back ingame. This game does have more than a few bugs and is starting to irritate me.
