F15-E MultiCrew

Hi there,
Looking to get the F15E for the reason to fly with a buddy of mine. We are trying to find out if it is a true multi crew plane for DCS or if it can only be flown and WSO with one person per plane. Can someone confirm? Can the F15E be flown by one player and can another player operate as WSO?

It is a multi crew module, you can fly with your buddy in the back seat as the WSO
