Cable or Airlink?
Arilink and Wifi 6 router?
This Jittery happens on any other game?
Have you ever used VR before? What framerates are you getting? Those jitters are typically reprojection artefacts, which is where the VR compiler is making "fake" frames to stick in between the real ones to make your experience smoother, but because it is just interpolating them they end up looking wierd, blurry and jittery.
You need quite a powerhouse of a computer to get even bad framerates in VR in a game like DCS.
could it be ASW artifacts? download the "oculus tray tool" to switch it off (I'm not sure if keyboard can still enable/disable it)
I do get a pause now and then as if terrain is loading in but I had that with other headsets too.
If your entire image vibrates in game and in VR home/desktop. It could be an IMU( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inertial_measurement_unit ) tracking defect.
A defective IMU or logic-board can cause issues. jittery tracking can vibrate the entire view no mater what content you are in.
IMU is also very sensitive to temperature and strong EMI or magnetic interference. so check your surroundings.
I have defect oculus CV1 and Pimax have "tilted" and "vibrate" issue, fixed by replacing the logic-board. something look like this:

Google and download jitter tester, place your helmet on a flat and stable surface. NO VIBRATIONS. then run the tester software.
you can see measure how big of IMU jitter is.
if this is your issue then request a RMA. software cant fix defect IMU.
Changed it back and only some slight jittery on a sharp bank (using airlink). I'll try the cable later but seems like it may just need some tweaking/turning off ASW "fake" frame.
PHEW...but hey if this helps someone else worth the egg on the face....
