Multiplayer help needed
Until now i had no troubles at all, since monday if i try to host a coop match my friends can't find my server, if my friends (other 2 peoples) try to host, the same issue happens, we can't find each other, no troubles before but just since last monday, we tried to open UDP and TCP from 10307 to 10309, we tried to delete the network config files in the folder under

C:\Users\SIMON\Saved Games\DCS\Config

path, we tried to switch on LAN using IP to connect without any results, we tried to manually change the IP in the network.cfg file in the path specified above checking for our actual dynamic IP but no clue

please help
thanks in advance

Did you connect properly to master server?

connectivity problems and failure to see the server from the list (provided you are logging into the master server) is almost 100 pct a problem with the port forward on your router, either a power bump, a slipstreamed ISP update to your hardware, a botched port forward or lemon hardware are almost always at fault.

keep in mind sometimes its the hardware and nothing the user is doing wrong, I wouldn't say that in this case but it has to be said just in case its a problem with the router.

try putting your computer in a DMZ if the issue persists I'd lean towards a hardware problem because a DMZ literally means no firewall rules apply, also disable any security software you might have running while testing in some cases even disabling security software can sometimes leave it running in the background and interfering with stuff.

there is no need to open a range of ports just open the single port needed... should be like

192.168.1.1 (provided this is your internal IP)
port 10308 UDP
port 10308 TCP

if you restart your PC its possible DHCP will assign a new IP that is not 192.168.1.1 in which case the forwards will need to be set back up... you can get around this with most routers by having it always assign a certain IP to your device/PC... but thats getting into new terriroty.

you can always try power cycling the router if you have tried everything.

I had a problem with my online connectivity once. What I did was delete the whole DCS folder under the saved games.

For me it was some activation issues, inability to stay connected online, and the connection speed dropbox was empty. Solved my problems. Maybe deleting the whole folder can solve yours.

It might be that your ISP is not routing all ports correctly or is blocking some (for whatever reason). It's rare but has happened sometimes.

You could try setting the port to something else entirely, then tell your friends the port to connect and your external IP-address (the one shown to outside, not the one NAT/router/firewall gives you).

Check your external IP-address with something like this: http://www.whatismyip.com/
There's a bunch of alternative websites as well: http://www.whatsmyip.org/

And remember to set port forwarding of the new port.
