If there's need to load more (everything does not fit into memory cache) then yes, SSD can help in those cases.
Btw, have you tried recently with the newest update version? Apparently FPS drop from cluster bombs has been fixed/improved. Haven't had a chance to test that myself yet.
This depends a lot on what are the bottlenecks of your current computer.
DCS is very demanding of the CPU for example: anything to reduce CPU load (stopping background tasks etc) can help if that is a bottleneck.
In case your harddrive is already fast enough and there's enough free memory for DCS then the difference could be very small if nothing at all.
Upgrading the GPU might help more than just SSD.
a great example of SSD over HDD is if you are a mission designer, loading the mission to test something goes from a minute or more to 15-20 seconds.
