New joystick wont keybind

alright, ive just got this game on my computer maybe a week ago, and i just recently bought a logitech 3d PRO flight stick, but for some odd reason none of my joystick keys will bind.. * Mainly throttle switch wont bind. * has anybody else having problems or can you only use the keyboard for throttling up and down?

Update, I was able to get the jet to turn with the joystick but still can not get the throttle to set :/

How do you try binding it? Are you in the "Axis assign" tab? And you mean all the buttons, not only the stick/throttle, right?

im trying the axis assign, nope not all the buttons, just the throttle is the only thing im having problems with as its a slider and not buttons

Check you select correct column when trying to bind it.

it is, ive been trying to bind it under my logitech column. i have the logitech which is my 2nd column and then the 3rd column is mouse.

Is the thrust axis not darkened on the controls panel like the other buttons are?

Check the box Slider for the Throttle Axis Tune.

checked both and still wont bind the throttle slider to it :/

when binding the throttle are you moving it all the way down and then back up?

yes, for throttling up, i have it sitting at bottom, and when i try to bind it, i move it up after the box is selected, and nothing happens and same for when i try to bind it for throttling down

Move it all the way up and then all the way down again.

tried it 3 times :/ i even reinstalled the driver just to be on the safe side and it still wont set

Move it all the way up and then all the way down again.

I have same joystick, throttle switch won't work with Su-25T but it does Ka-50 so far.

mine wont work with any plane or heli :/ but everything else works fine besides the slider

you have to move it up and down all the way while binding it or it won't detect the axis, you seem to be implying that your only moving it up and cancelling out after it doesn't work, then moving it all the way back and then it wont work.

move it all the way up and back down and up and back down and it should see the axis.... and if it does not why do people recommend this junk stick as a starter item if the throttle is ♥♥♥♥?
