F-15E "Mudhen" HMD?

Will the strike eagle get an hmd in DCS? I would love to know if ED or RAZBAM have any plans.

From my understanding yes. Things like an HMD and Mavericks are still on the way. I could be recalling this information wrong though. Fingers crossed I guess?

Will get, together with 9Xs etc. Will be part of the 10+ suite or something. The 3rd major upgrade.

Though they might add it anyways later on to match other DCS modules, actual F-15E's doesn't have JHMCS. Versions that do have different letter variant designation -- F-15 I and K according to wikipedia. I can see them adding it anyways given how common it is for the other 4th generation fighters in DCS, but they may not add it for a bit.
