Error code: -28/Error code: 203

A new update came out. DCS 2.9.13.6818. I tried to start DCS, but the message came up: Authorization error. Error code: -28.. Using saved authorization. If I enter OK, the message came up: Authorization error. Error code: 203... Using saved authorization. If I enter OK, DCS starts. You can't even start multiplayer. Unbelievable!

28 might be server timeout. Try again later. Probably server is overloaded by people downloading update.
