Both are not answers to my question. Will it come? ( official not hacks )

Nobody can tell. It may get added with the next DCS update.

What's so wrong with switching the DLSS versions manually? Just use "DLSS Swapper" and you'll be fine, the performance and clarity are absolutely worth it!

If you got a good working link to precise instructions how to do this i would be much obliged,
And you cant get banned or something for messing with the files? ( afraid of )
I got quite a collection of planes so getting banned is catastrophic,

There is needed only to overwritte DLSS dynamic library file by the newest version one.
The easiest way is to download dlss swapper and manually add the main dcs folder as the game. It allows you to download the latest or prior dlss files. I don't know if this works on non-steam version but it does work on steam version.
DLSS with frame generation requires DirectX 12 or Vulkan. DCS World is currently using DirectX 11, so we wait for the Vulkan support that is incoming with no ETA.

You can hack / modify the game with DLSS DLLs or Reshade or whatever you like. Those modifications may be broken by future updates, or could have some negative impact on the game, or could possibly block multiplayer with anti-cheat enabled. You do so at your own risk.
