If in Canada, Winwing is a no-brainer as the price includes tax and shipping (they have a warehouse in Canada). VKB is a lot more expensive, and Virpil is out to lunch with their prices, especially when you add all the duties and fees. It ends up being more than double what WinWing costs.
It may come down to the extra shipping/fees/taxes really. They're all good.
There is a saying in my country "ya que la orinaste, ahora defeca!" -
IMHO go for Winwing HOTAS+Stick combo for less than £500. worth every penny.

I replaced my t16000 HOTAS with F-18 combo - don´t waste on entry HOTAS, go to the real deal!
Note that there is no Z axis for rudder so you will have to map or use kb but in jet is mostly used for taxi.
T16000 got plenty too, but more difficult to remember.
Welcome to DCS. If eventually you decide DCS is not your thing, second hand market value for VKB and Winwing is excellent.
