Red exclamation mark on Warthog throttle binding.
Haven't played DCS in a few months. Throttle now doesn't work. Have tried restarting, rebinding, unplugging and replugging throttle....Nothing works. Warthog Throttle works fine in BOS.

there is some binding which is either non existent or duplicated.
do you use a modifier?

Throttle works now but not in some of my old missions. It seems that some of my old missions were corrupted with updates and their is no rebinding within the old missions. Solution: Delete old missions and create new ones.

Personally when I encounter red exclamation points, I delete them then I re-assign .. this as well for keyboard shortcuts as for HOTAS .. think that you can also save your attributions from the control panel (very useful if you have to reinstall DCS) .. click on each part (keyboard, hotas ..) to display the drop-down menu including the options of save and restore ..
I think that this is not related to the missions previously created ..

Disconnecting and reconnecting the warthog helped for me the couple times this occurred

In your previous setup, did you ADD any MODIFIERS on the HOTAS to your profile at the time?

I have had that issue, sometimes the profile will lose the added modifier button/toggle from the HOTAS, and any command that you programmed with that modifier will show a red exclamation mark. I use about 4 modifiers on my HOTAS, so I had red exclmation marks everywhere until I re-added those missing modifier buttons/toggles from the HOTAS.

So look at the ones with red exclamation marks, see what the programmed HOTAS buttons are or whatever, and see if you need to re-add it as a modifier.

Just a guess.
