Look a what happend to pharao total war...
and also helldivers 2 devs offerd a refund when there was a chance people would be region locked out because of psn.
But that is up to ed to communicate with steam..
For now they dont put a lot of effort in...
I totally agree, if they really want to do something, they can. It’s absolutely shameful to sell a module for €65, stop paying RAZBAM, and not release any official statement about it. This post is exactly for that reason – to make sure this issue doesn’t go unnoticed.
"Konstantin Kharin 06/18/2024 08:48:46
We do not return products that were purchased from other stores.
But the module will continue to be supported in future versions of DCS World
Best regards and many happy landings !

Honestly, I think they are blatantly lying. If it were true, why are they issuing refunds on their official store?
MY RESPONSE:
Honestly, I believe Eagle Dynamics' behavior is not right and their statements are false. You're issuing refunds through your official store—why? I don't think you'd do that without a reason. I believe you're well aware that your relationship with RAZBAM has ended but you want to sweep it under the rug. With all due respect, I'm using this ticket to emphasize my disappointment and frustration at seeing a platform where I've spent nearly €300 on modules (none of which are truly finished) have the audacity to deny a completely justified refund for a product that is light-years away from what was promised. This will certainly make me much more cautious with my purchases, especially for early access ones, and I will encourage others to do the same. Because as much as I love this flight simulation platform, I am first and foremost a paying customer, and no one would accept paying full price for a service they'll never receive.
Please note that the F-15E is still working and the radar issue has been reported to RAZBAM.
thank you
Here's the response:
---
I hope what you're saying is true, but every source I've read indicates there's been a failure to pay for services to RAZBAM and that relations have actually ended with them. I truly hope it's true, but it's been several months since the module was released and not even a small patch has been issued. No one is asking for a finished version in a few weeks, but from what I see and hear, development seems abandoned. If it's not true, then please release some official statements to reassure YOUR CUSTOMERS.
If you really want to do something, you can do it. There are numerous examples on Steam of refunds for all sorts of reasons. "The Day Before" and "Helldivers 2" are just the first two names that come to mind. So, the story of "we can't do anything" is false; there's always something that can be done.

wow, 10h ago, what timing!
So, i sincerely hope you are seriously considering resuming development efforts. I will certainly be watching closely.
Steam will continue to reject refunds unless agreement is made with the devs/publisher.
It is in ED control to arrange this.
Just needs the will and effort from your end....
But even if you dont want to do that there might be ways to make stuff happen as we can bind our accounts to ed accounts for the stand alone version...
This is also why ed should communicate with steam about refunding... because this is not a normal situation..
We are not refunding because we dont like it we are refunding because its broken as it is now... with no support
That is also the reason other companys did manage to refund through steam because that also where exeptions...
So make an exeption out of this ed
Until there is a resolution to the dispute we all have to wait.
thank you
For how long ?
What is the maxium you want us to wait that you think is reasonable?
A legal dispute can take years and then you even do not know the outcome.... do you think that is reasonable to us ?
We did not make a dispute or broke a contract...
