Edit: Just to make sure, you are trying to set them in "Axis Commands" ? (see on my screen right next to SU-25T)
edit2: forgot the screen :) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=257332256

Sometimes if i move the throttle fast enough to stop abruptly at 110% it will sometimes report back as Joy_Y instead of Joy_X as it does at the moment.
I'm guessing its a driver/software issue from Saiteks end?
Could be, is the stick officialy released by now?
Btw on your screenshot you are selecting the Thrust axis. Does the Thrust Left axis and Thrust right axis work correctly? And did you try it ingame?
The Logitech G940 is also reporting back JOY_X/Y axis with the throttle so it can be the way they designed the Axis.
However, i've just given it a blast with the Thrust Left and Thrust Right and its the exact same deal.
I'm only getting options for the 3 Joystick Axis (X, Y and Z) and 3 of the Axis for the rotaries (RX, RY and RZ) and if I remember correctly one of the other rotary Axis comes up as Joy_Y.
I'm at work at the moment so can't have a look at it at the moment l but it seems most likely a driver issue, I'm going to report it to Saitek and DCS developers when I get home at 7pm.
On topic: Can you reverse the axis in the saitek software? (If I'm understanding the problem that is..)
The throttle is being recognised as a actual joystick input and not as a throttle unit input. So if i set use the throttle slider for Thrust, it will come up as Joy_X which is infact the X Axis on my stick. So when i use the throttle it will move the ailerons instead.
Edit: Had the columns backward
Hopefully thats been fixed?
Hovering mouse cursor over the name of column shows full name in a tooltip now.
Tooltip also seems to show GUID for device information and so on.
Have fun! It's a great stick and really made A-10c and Black Shark much more enjoyable. Also it's nice only having to load a profile once when I turn on my PC (I liked a button to center my TrackIR) rather than for each aircraft and different sims/games. Having to switch between my A-10 profile and BS profile sucked and since the profiles had to use keypresses rather than buttons/sliders it could cause issues where I would forget that a slider was activating a button and so it would continue to broadcast that button whether I was in game or not, or in another game!
