Su-25T NWS turning is usually binded to the axis rudder control managed by the joystick twist or pedals if you have them.

iirc the NWS cannot be turned off in the SU25.
You might check your tires are not damaged from a hard landing.

Taxi and try turn with the rudder commands.

It can not be turned off. There are few possible situations:
- The front tire is skiding
- The front tire is broken
- The key commands does not work or are in conflict with something.

Check in the controls that your rudder is binded (bound) to Z-X (or if you wish to other two keystrokes). I just checked my SU-25 and the controls assigned are Z and X. If you use them on the runway or taxiway they will turn your plane.
May I suggest you get a joystick, at least one of those cheap ones. I flew the full SU-25T campaign with the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. You can get it in Amazon for about $30.

Some aircraft turn sharper when you hold the S button down while turning with Z & X.
