questions about helios and what touchscreen to get...

i am considering getting a 23" monitor to use for dcs a-10c with helios and if anyone knows alot about them could u tell me if this one is fast and responsive and wont have too much delay because i will be having my mfcds on it so dont really want much delay and if it works for windows 7 because thats what im on atm.

im just not good at finding out this kind of stuff and dont wanna buy it and it not work well thanks to anyone who can help.

I use a Acer T231H touchscreen for DCS. There is no delay and it works with Win7/8.

ok thanks but i am asking more specifically about the one i have listed above because its in the store and in my price range
