Help, My cockpit view are backwards and cannot reset
Hello

I was flying and then i press Right CTRL and 0 on the numpad and next the key 3 to bring up the computer display... unfortunatly something went wrong ( maybe a bug ) and when I exit this mode i found out my view somehow had become locked to a ground unit that it constant are tracking no matter what i do.
I tried to exit dcs a10c and restart my computer but no matter what I do my view in the cockpit are now reversed so that I look from the HUD toward my seat, or with other words im looking backwards in my cockpit... My trackir work and is centered in the trackir software and it work in all other games by the way.

Also my "2d" view of the cockpit ( enambeld my right ctrl and numpad 0 and then using keys 1-9 is no longer showing anything.. For example when I press 3 I now look out the window and not on the computer and 5 key is out the left window and 9 key is top of the cockpit..

Anyway how do I RESET my view, and move my cockpit camera to the original possition again so I can look out the front window ??????

( ps. I found out i can move my cam around in cockpit with hold right shift and ctrl and pressing 1-2-3 but i cannot "rotate the cam or save its possition ).

Thank you for the help.

You can reset all your settings like this:

- Shut down DCS

- Find your settings directory, by default located here:

C:\Users\(YourWindowsUsername)\Saved Games\DCS

- Rename that directory, i.e. 'old-DCS'

- Restart DCS and it will create a new settings folder, hopefully with the reset views.

Thank you very much, it work.

Now my view have been reset, and a key on my "trust" joystick also work again after doing the above..
Small hint to everyone who try the above..

Save the folder named "input" it contain all of your joystick settings ect. and once you restart the game then copy paste the entire folder and overwrite the new configuration files.. Now your joy setting should work again...
Only think you need to adjust ingame are the graphics settings, but that is a small price to pay ;-)

There is a much easier way! :D in free view mode with mouse, get the view that you want then press RIGHT-ALT + NUMPAD 0. Then when you press NUMPAD 5 it will go to that view.
