EGI doesn't function properly, am I doing something wrong. (A-10C)
After starting up the A-10C, I start the EGI, EAC and radar altimeter.

I look at the status part of the MFCD, EGI is the only one appearing yellow and under status it says "DEGR". Why?

are you waiting for the EGI to fully align? taking a wild guess... and its a wild one because A-10C is not the aircraft i usually fly i would guesstimate that DEGR means degraded and your probably using a scramble ready alignment versus a full alignment.

does EAC actually engage (EGI needs full alignment for EAC)

INS NAV READY should be flashing (not steady) and T = 4.0.0.8
