No, what i meant was that the brains behind the chassis, models and signature of those planes are highly attuned and receptive. They seem to have a keen eye and take risk on purpose for experimentation and are doing quite well.

For example have a look at the Mig-37 Ferret, the shapes and lines are much more different than it's predecessor the Mig-36. What dictate such a change in the assembly lines ? i'm only saying that because it's always an effort to keep up with innovation.
