DCS World and the Saitek x55 Rhino throttle set-up
Man! Did this give me a headache! Yeah I googled it and tried to apply the results, No go!! But one of the forum posts kinda gave me a clue! When you go to "axis assign" in DCS there are 2 columns that almost say "x55" The first column is for the joystick proper and the second one is for the throttle. You have to assign "left" and then "right" throttle axes by moving the individual sticks in the proper throttle catagories! Man, am I now gonna have fun with A-`10C!!!

Just completely clear the second column of axis assignments first.

I have also discovered if you want to assign a switch on the x55 throttle control, you also need to do these in the second column.

Im sorry but does this really need a discussion? Im pretty sure people already know that each part of the throttle needs to be assigned to a diff engine also the switch of the throttle bit, not to be rude or anyhting but no ♥♥♥♥? sorry but i see ne need

For people coming from a single stick / throttle then they won't be used to having two devices listed like that for the X-55. It might help someone.

Here's a general joystick set-up guide for DCS:

I downloaded a profile... Works quite well (but haven't had a chance to test properly).
