what to buy?

Hey, i have the F14 but wondering if the SuperCarrier is worth the $$ or should i buy the F16/ F18 ? Haven't even mastered the F14 as i'm new to DLC but couldnt resist as i've loved this plane since i was 12 years old ( like most of you i guess ).

bottom line, is the Supercarrier much different to the normal carrier in the F14 download OR should i buy another jet

Better or worse, I can not say. It is more realistic. It has animated deck crew. Case I,II,III landing is more realistic, you can control the carrier via airboss station. You can control LSO station. You will also get SU-33 with high resolution Admiral Kuznetsov. But overall it is not finished yet.

I've always liked carrier based sims so for me I got Supercarrier as like it's more realistic. I use my DCS F/A-18 for carrier ops and some of the 3rd party mods work as well but do plan on buying the F-14.

I got Supercarrier in the sales as I had already purchased several other things like the Huey, Persian Gulf and Spitfire within a couple of weeks. They got the Steam Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Fest from September 16-23 so hopefully that will include some DCS stuff.

All the above: Get Supercarrier on sale, its worth it then just for the deck crew animations (pretty much the only thing the majority will ever encounter).

I have both F 14 and F/A 18, I would recommend either they are both excellent modules. Plus learning the F 14 makes the F/A 18 conversion easy.
