Late November for next DCS sale?

Autumn Sale: end of November.

The last 2 years they were part of the Halloween sale. No idea if they will participate this year, though.

Year to date, they've had the same number of sales as last year. That's not including the upcoming Halloween sale. I have no idea if they're particpating in that or not.

I know you like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on DCS every chance you get, but at least keep it to things based in reality. They have plenty of things to moan about without making up stuff.

I guess technically we're both wrong. Counting the sales, there are in fact less sales so far this year, but not a substantial difference.

I guess technically we're both wrong. Counting the sales, there are in fact less sales so far this year, but not a substantial difference.

You were wrong, I was correct at the time I wrote my last post. The Halloween sale that just started is the first sale this year that didn't match a sale last year.

Where are you seeing different information?

Are the DCS modules actually on sale right now? They all have odd looking prices, like you would expect from a percentage decrease (ie 39.56) but there is no actual sale notation on any of them (ie showing the percent they're reduced by and the original price).

I don't remember the modules having wierd pricing like this before. I remember them being round numbers or XX.99's

Hmm... Looking back in my purchase history it seems like they've always had odd prices like that, likely a USD to my local currency direct conversion or something. Never noticed it before.

Lol, then DCS had the same number of sales as last year. 3rd parties can decide to also participate in the sales or not. ED can decide to discount their own specific modules during a sale or not. Might as well claim there have been no sales this year because none of the Razbam modules have been on sale in 2024.

You even complained about the lack of a discount for Syria during the actual sale. One of those comments was in the official thread announcing the sale.

Just because a specific module wasn't discounted during a specific sale doesn't mean that DCS sale never existed.

Steam gives the dates for their Autumn sale as November 27th - December 4th. I know the standalone has their own (usually longer) sale windows, but just letting others know Steam's window.
