Also mind the game and its engine is continuously updated. You need to update your PC if you did not since the 2013.
Hello,
the mt preview changes nothing
my PC has been updated since 2013, last week I was still playing without problems and at more than 60 fps.
More about that: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/320618-dcs-multithreading-faq/
Another last known possible reasons might be conflict with antivirus. DCS uses DRM which some antivirus softwares don't like. You can try to add the DCS:W installation folder into antivirus ignore list, run repair and try to run again.
Last and new issue might be caused by outdated visual C++ redistributable libraries.
Try to download, reinstall and update VC++ redistributables. Link to download:

Or try to reduce preload radius.
When digging into the lua files in the game directory, I found that the scripts were referencing code that doesn't exist at all. I've managed to get past the 74% and load into the menu by commenting out the part that tries to call the 'getServerKeySort' function, but I still can't load into any mission.
I'd recommend you contact support and open a ticket here https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/, maybe if enough people open support tickets they can identify/fix the issue.
