Hello there!

I have recently purchased VPC Alpha Prime Grip + WarBRD-D + CM3 Throttle. Can you share some pieces of advice what is their app is capable of besides axis calibration. What are all those options really needed for?

Secondly, I want to figure out a theory about stick. How stiff do springs have to be. Do they have to automatically come back to the center when you pull of the stick?

Finally, when I went flying with them for the first time, I couldnt easily hold the aim steadily. Is it a skill issue or something else I need to do?

In the app you can make virtual buttons and save them right into firmware. You can create buttons which works invertly, as toggle on/off, you can also create button from the axis input or range. Like pitch axis 10-15% deflection will trigger some button e.t.c...

You can also setup your own axis curves, dead zones, RGB functions.

You can choose between many cams. Each have different characteristics. There are cams with no center detent, with soft center detent and with strong center detent. There are also cams with different force linearity. You have to find which fits you best. For myself those are cams with soft center detent and with medium springs. Also you should be able to adjust dampening by dry clutches. Tight them to add dampening and vice versa. For helicopters it can be good idea to use clutches only without centering cams. It is similar to real cyclic in helicopter.

Always when you have new stick you have to get used to it.
Thank you very much!
