Nope. It is not the kind of aircraft that Eagle Dynamics or any of the third parties could get even remotely enough information to meaningfully simulate on a DCS level.

From what i experienced, turning off your radar often is enough to become literally invisible to most ppl.

I hear you, but it will probably never happen. Even after the F-22 retires, a lot of its tech has been ported and upgraded for the F-35 and [presumably] NGAD.
Grinnelli's F-22 mod still works and is quite fun.
It's probably one of best "not very realistic mods"
But you kinda need molded missiles too.
